serve-overview

While generosity to others is a major part of our annual giving strategy at St. Andrew, we understand that mission involves doing as well as giving. We support and serve each other as members of our congregation, as citizens of the City and County of Denton, and seek to serve beyond these geographic areas in the world at large.

Basic Mission Support is one of our primary means of global Christian outreach, as we give to the ministry and mission of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). A percentage of our total budget is given each year to the work of Grace Presbytery, the Synod of the Sun, and the General Assembly, a tangible sign of our commitment to the whole church.

We receive four special offerings each year at St. Andrew:
- Christmas Joy Offering,
- One Great Hour of Sharing at Easter,
- Pentecost Offering, and
- Peacemaking Offering on World Communion Sunday, the first Sunday in October.

One Great Hour of Sharing Offering Received Easter Sunday:  $3271.40
Pentecost Offering Recieved Sunday, June 12:  $472.00
Peacemaking Offering Received World Communion Sunday, October 2:  $1,121.59
Thank You for Giving So Generously!
