Youth Column
This year our six seniors represent a wide variety of talents, wisdoms, awards and interests. Music, sports and service to others seem to be the primary theme amongst the six young people. We have football and soccer champions, musically gifted and award winning singers and instrumentalists, we have music enthusiasts and all of these youth have shown their passions for helping others through their participation in mission trips, service projects and in starting their own non profit organizations. Each youth has been a part of St. Andrew for many years now, some even from birth, and we are excited to celebrate them and share in this momentous occasion that is their graduation from high school. Please join us this Sunday for a lunch in their honor. Learn about their post graduation plans, their favorite St. Andrew memories and more as we join together to send them into their next chapter of life filled with the love and support of their St. Andrew family.

Parents' Night Out
Saturday, May 14, 4pm-9pm
Parents' Night Out is a program for the young families of St. Andrew. The program has a two-fold purpose: it gives parents an opportunity to spend quality time together without their children and it gives the children an evening of fun, with age-appropriate activities, with their friends at St. Andrew.
The evening begins at 4:00pm-8:00pm, for infants-3 yr. olds, in the Nursery. In the Rec. Center, 4 yr. olds-elementary age will meet from 4:00pm-9:00pm. Children may bring dinner.
The older children's activities will include outdoor play (weather permitting), planned craft activities, snacks, and gym play. The activities are supervised by Nursery Staff. We ask parents to make reservations no later than Thursday, the week of PNO. This ensures the evening will be properly supervised. Please email Ms. Sue at: toddlerqueen2@gmail.com, or call at
940-300-9262, for reservations.
We have a donation basket, near the sign-in sheet. Donations are used to cover the cost of the staff. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Sue.

The 10th Annual Youth BBQ!
It's time for our 10th annual Youth BBQ fundraiser on Sunday, May 15 in the fellowship hall following worship. This is a great chance for the St. Andrew family to gather in support of our youth. You'll feast on BBQ with all the fixin's, a bake auction, and there'll be a t-shirt sale as well as games and crafts and face painting for the kids. Proceeds go directly to the youth ministry, helping fund scholarships for youth mission opportunities and trips.
If you could contribute baked goods (cakes, pies, grouped cupcakes, brownies, and cookies) for the bake auction, we would GREATLY appreciate it. Individual items such as cookies and brownies for those who want dessert right then would also be appreciated. The bake auction usually brings in anywhere from $500-$700, so this request is very important for our Youth Ministry.
I f you have any questions, please get in touch with Brandi Schoel.

We look forward to welcoming them into the community of faith.
