MEMBERSHIP
Membership in the Presbyterian Church
is open to all persons who believe in Jesus Christ and
place their trust in him as Lord and Savior. A person becomes
a member of a Presbyterian congregation in one of three
ways. For the person who has never before made a profession
of faith in Jesus Christ, one becomes a member by professing
his or her faith. If that person was not baptized previously,
baptism takes place at the time of ones profession
of faith. Those who have previously professed their faith
may join in one of two ways: By reaffirmation of faith,
or by transfer of church letter.
St. Andrew offers an Inquirer’s Class three times a year for those who wish to inquire into the Presbyterian Church (U. S. A.) in general, and St. Andrew Presbyterian Church in particular. While everyone is encouraged to take this course, one may join the church either before or after attending this series of classes.
Inquirer's Class Schedule

The class meets in the parlor and includes the history and polity of the Presbyterian Church (USA), the tenets of the Reformed faith, worship and music at

Andrew, as well as our Christian education and mission opportunities.
